She is the founder and Chief Unlearning Officer of the Restorative Justice Institute of Oklahoma (RJIOK) and RJIOK Foundation which seek to transform the retributive and inequitable culture of Oklahoma.  Tamara has integrated restorative Justice and Internal Family Systems to create a culturally competent trauma informed functional transformative justice model that is centering humanity in schools, prisons, businesses, and nonprofits. Tamara is particularly fascinated by the intersection of spirituality, psychology, and culture. Her doctoral project (2023) introduced internal family systems in an LGBTQIA+ inclusive christian church measuring compassion for self/other and connection to G*d. Tamara is a singer songwriter and her most recent album is the Psalms Project volume 1. She is an ICF (PCC certified) IFS-informed coach and pastoral counselor with over 17 years experience. She is spending most of 2024 writing and with her wife Bonnie, daughter Beckett (13) and their standard poodle (Frenchie).

Pastor Bonnie Lebak (she/her), is an entrepreneurial pastor, wife, stepmom, dog mom, drummer, cook, reader, and community faith leader. She is white and Native American (Cherokee), bisexual, cisgender female, who lives in Tulsa, OK, with her wife, Rev. Dr. Tamara Lebak. Bonnie is the founder and lead pastor at House Church Tulsa, a non-denominational Christian Church, which serves a diverse congregation of approximately 75 families who have a variety of gender expressions, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Bonnie spent the first 25 years of her life in school and ministry in the Central Valley of California, and relocated to Tulsa in 2003 where she was the Director of Operations for various companies in corporate America before accepting her heart’s call to launch House Church, in 2014. She would respectfully describe her education and ministry training as, “differently educated,” as she has a colorful collection of formal and informal learning with a diploma from Rhema Bible College, certificate leadership courses, Community College classes, and is an ongoing audit student at Phillips Theological Seminary.
