Food Pantries

We do not do any means testing for individuals or families experiencing food insecurity.

Unity of Springfield has two food pantries available. One is located outside of the building and can be accessed even if the church is not open. The other is located inside of the building and has more of a selection. Most of the food we have on hand is comprised of non-perishable items such as canned goods or dry goods. However, we do on occasion have some perishable items available on a first come/first serve basis. The indoor pantry is available during our business hours.

You can locate the outside food pantry from the parking lot in the back of the church. It is on the north-west side of the parking lot.

Compassion & Alleviating Suffering

Get Involved

Unity practices and teaches generosity as a spiritual principle. What we give out comes back to us.

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. — Luke 6:38

We accept donations for our food pantry during church hours and on Sunday mornings.

If you would like more information about the food pantry please contact the church during business hours. That number is (417) 887-2214.
