Al-Anon is a self-supporting and autonomous support group that meets at Unity of Springfield.

Al-Anon members are individuals affected by another person's addiction. The group is comprised of parents, children, spouses, partners, brothers, sisters, other family members, friends, employers, employees, and coworkers of alcoholics and addicts. No matter what specific experience an individual member has faced they each share a common bond: they feel their lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking.

This support group is anonymous and open group for women.

Monday Evenings at 6:30 PM CT

ACIM and Unity do share many of the same foundational principles and spiritual practices such as prayer and affirmation.

"A Course in Miracles" often referred to as ACIM is a book that discusses spiritual principles. This book is often referred to as a "psychological mind training" that can be used to enhance an individual's ability to experience a peaceful existence. ACIM uses traditional religious language to describe metaphysical and spiritual truths.

This group is a discussion associated with ACIM including the workbooks, daily practices, and teachers guide.
