Unity of Springfield's Burning Bowl Ceremony

Sunday, December 31, 2023, at 11:00 AM

Embrace the New Year with Unity of Springfield through our revered Burning Bowl Ceremony—a spiritual ritual marking renewal and unity. Within the Unity community, this ceremony signifies letting go of old patterns and behaviors. It’s a moment to shed the past and welcome affirming experiences for the future.

Symbolism of Letting Go:

Through introspection, participants pen down elements to release, placing them in a communal fire or water. As they burn or dissolve, it symbolizes the clearing of old constraints, ushering in vibrant intentions. View it as a soul’s spring cleaning. As we cleanse internally, we prepare for the New Year with clarity and rejuvenated vision.

White Stone Ceremony at Unity of Springfield:

Sunday, January 7, 2024, at 11:00 AM

Join us in celebrating our spiritual journey for the New Year through Unity's esteemed White Stone Ceremony. This introspective event provides participants with an intimate connection with their spiritual goals and a renewed dedication to their inner journey.

Deep Symbolism and Personal Connection:

Participants receive a white stone, symbolizing purity, transformation, and spiritual evolution. In a tranquil setting accompanied by meditative practices and harmonious music, individuals are encouraged to inscribe a word or name on their stone. This inscription, emerged from profound reflection, serves as a beacon for their spiritual aspirations throughout the year.

Hire Carolers

Our youth will be caroling again this year, and you can hire them to visit your home or the home of a loved one. Caroling is used as a fund raiser for the youth program. This is a fantastic way to share the holiday spirit and support our youth program.

The minimum donation for caroling is $25 and can be paid directly to Unity of Springfield.
