We offer a choice of Venues for your event!
Events such as Baby Showers, Birthdays, Celebrations of Life, Company Training Meetings, Family Reunions, etc. deserve a nice setting.
Please note that all events may be requested by contacting the church and completing a Request for Event or Class.
While church membership is not a requirement to rent any of the facilities,
special rates are available to Members!
If you are a Member, be sure to request those rates.
The Teen House (Small, intimate gatherings up to 20)
The Teen House is located on the South end of our parking lot, facing Luster street. It has a Labyrinth created by the Youth of Unity located in back of the house. The teens picked the decor and furnishings of their meeting place. It has two rooms off the living room and one bathroom, along with a kitchen, complete with a stove and refrigerator. This is an ideal site for smaller gatherings where the informal yet tasteful decor encourages small group interaction.
$50 for 3-hours + $10 for each additional hour
Fellowship Hall (Seats 100***)
Fellowship Hall can be utilized for most gatherings, as it has a kitchen adjacent to it, and restrooms are located near its entrance. Neutral decor and comfortable seating can be manipulated to accommodate most needs. Round or rectangular tables are available - please specify which is desired.
***NOTE: Round tables encourage interaction, while rectangular tables can be arranged to accommodate more people
(up to 100).
If tables are not needed, seating can accommodate up to 150 people.
$100 for 2-hours + $20 each additional hour
The Sanctuary (Seats 150)
The Sanctuary contains a stage and moveable seating designed with flexibility in mind. The front is also home to beautiful stained glass, complemented by warm wood tones on the ceiling and trim. Three of the four sides of the room contain tall windows to allow for natural lighting, in addition to our newly added LED lighting inside the ceiling lights. Shades on the windows allow the room to be darkened for presentation purposes.
$200 for 2-hours + $50 each additional hour
A sound system and projector are available for additional fees (see below), depending upon the availability of our Sound Technician and/or PowerPoint operator. Be sure to note on your Request if your event will require one or both.
Sound Technician: $60 for 2 hours + $30 each additional hour
PowerPoint Operator: $30 for 2 hours + $15 each additional hour
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 refundable cleaning deposit will be added to the charges listed above.
The cleaning deposit will be cheerfully refunded if rented area is restored to the same or better condition than when it was acquired.
