Caroling at Manor Care

Be a part of this Annual Tradition as Unity in the Community!

Young and old alike enjoy a cup of cheer before departing for Manor Care to entertain the residents with Songs of the Season!

Meet at the church at 4:30 pm for a 'cup of cheer' before departing together at 5 pm for Manor Care. Somgs are well-known Christmas carols so very little rehearsing is done, but it's a good idea to listen to a few Christmas carols beforehand so you're familiar with most of them.

The Youth Department organizes this event every year, and every year it's only gotten bigger and better! Let your young ones know that this 'Season of Giving' includes them too! When they see the faces light up of Manor Care residents, and the children realize it's because they are there, these children learn an invaluable lesson about giving of their time to benefit others and how, no matter how young or old, we ALL have something of value we can give - and one of the most precious gifts is the gift of your time.

This is a wonderful outreach program the whole family can do together!
